Policy and Procedure Development

The Ontario Human Rights Code, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Bill 168) prohibit harassment, discrimination, bullying and violence in Ontario workplaces. Proactive employers also adopt policies and procedures that address a wider range of interpersonal conduct in the workplace, including interpersonal communications standards, employee conflict, and team work expectations.
